Employee Engagement Network

Check out the Employee Engagement network. Some interesting discussions are occuring. Particularly the one on how to measure happiness. There is empirical research that shows the happier you are, the happier not only others around you will be, but others that are connected to your network will be happier. How cool is that!

My interest in this research is all about making people happier by ensuring they are in the right job fit through career counselling. We are having great success at the City of Richmond, by working with staff to enable them to better position themselves for the career of their dreams.
